- Wed 10 AM to 5:30 PM
- Thurs 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM
- Fri 9 AM to 4:30 PM
- Sun 1 PM to 5 PM

If you get voicemail, leave a brief message with your name and number and we will return your call quickly. We don't appreciate it when folks don't return our call either, so we will try to call you back within a couple of business hours or the next day we are open. If we cannot meet your needs or you would like to find a counselor that accepts your insurance, we can help you find a counselor that fits you.
You can browse our fees. We accept some insurance plans and we also accept self-pay clients. You can discuss your circumstances if you do not have insurance benefits currently.

Before your schedule an appointment, you may want to discuss using your insurance benefits, Accessible Career is in network with:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (most networks) - Please be aware that some BCBS plans offer their mental health benefits through other companies and Accessible Career may not be in-network with those companies. Please check with your insurance company customer service if you have questions.
Currently, we are unable to accept Medicaid or Medicare plans even if you have a plan with Aetna, BCBS, or Cigna.
If you do not have United, Humana, or an insurance company not listed above, we will be happy to give you a statement to file with your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. Check with your insurance company to understand your benefits.
